I used to do cheerleading and I had a bad wrist so my Coach used wrap on it. I also used to play Volleyball and my coach did the same thing for it. Now i have a bad knee and my p.e. teacher suggested i use sports wrap for that. I know my tennis coach will want me to use that with my brace but I have no idea what wrap is really good for. Help please?

I wanted to know if 3 fps is good enough for sports and for people walking. because I don’t want to spend more than around 700 bucks. thanks
I am looking more for a D-SLR, not another point-and-shoot.
