There is always squash. Lol, you can play this way into your 80’s if you’re up to it. It’s much like tennis. You don’t rely on getting a team together, or getting good weather. It’s even perfectly fine to go onto the court and have a hit to yourself to practice. So…any age, any time of day or night, any weather conditions, just about any country, and any number of people can enjoy this game. Just one to think about anyways.

The us have softball enjoy it in the same time its not that fit but it in australia we have softball im not that fit but its great sport to get fit.
For masters which is fun and in your country.

Womens’ recreatinal soccer is still pretty competitive. There’s usually a volleyball league somewhere too. I assume that if you want competitive, that you are capable of being competitive.
