What sports can a boy try when he is not too strong?
demilligan2003 asked:
Our son (11 years old) likes sports but he is smaller than his peers and gets frustrated that he can’t perform as well as others. What sports are suited to boys that are not as strong, not as big as others?

Golf is a very competitive sport and is suitable for all body types - and it’s fun. Lots of golf courses have leagues for kids, and so do most schools. Also, there’s track and cross country. Tennis is also a good sport for everyone.

karate, track, swimming-if he is small that could work to his advantage. Also baseball-hit, run, catch, the end.
