I also know that schools are big into their sporting events, which I’ve always found to be neat and fun to attend, but my question is, why and when did that become such a primary factor? Not that I’m against it! I think sports are great, even though I don’t play on a team.

I would like to do a fighting/self defense sport, but i have no experience with fighting sports whatsoever and dont know what i should do. Judo, karate, tae-kwondo, boxing? I dont mind getting kicked around a bit, but i dont want to lose teeth or suffer brain damage. I dont need it to be too extreme, i just want to learn to fight and excercise. Any suggestions? Im an 18 year old male, in good condition.
